Return Policy

Receipts are required for all returns.

Plants can be returned within 24 hours.

Home goods and most hard goods can be returned within 30 days, in new and unused condition.

Seasonal items can be returned prior to the holiday.

 

Guarantee Policy

Trees and shrubs are warrantied for one year from the purchase date with a one-time store credit for the purchase price, provided plant care and instructions are followed. To claim the credit, return the damaged plant to the store in a grower pot or plastic bag.

Our guarantee does not cover loss due to drought, flood, animal or insect damage, overwatering or underwatering, hail and ice storms, unseasonable freezes, or other uncontrollable acts of nature.

The following are not covered by our guarantee: annuals, perennials, roses, fruit trees/vines/canes, vegetables and herbs, ground covers, contractor purchases, materials planted in containers, and clearance (50% off or greater).
