Store Manager

 

 

Potomac Garden Center is currently seeking a Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about horticulture and have experience in managing a garden center or a related field.

The responsibilities for this role include overseeing the daily operations of the garden center, which involves managing scheduling and inventory, leading and training staff members to provide exceptional customer service, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, providing expert horticulture advice to customers and staff, and maintaining a clean and organized garden center environment.
